I cannot say enough about Matkim's service and quality. When doing a test of our prototype x-ray device one of our cables developed an error. Matkim sent a technician to retrieve the cable, repaired it over night and returned it the next morning before clinic. Our study would have been sunk without their help. Their attention to detail and dedication to project success, even in an emergency, is the best in any industry. We will continue to use Matkim for our cabling needs for as long as we need cables.

For more than a decade, Matkim Industries has continued to provide high quality, electro-mechanical support to Dell Global Test Operations. Beginning with cable / harness assemblies, the relationship quickly grew to include the delivery of higher level electro-mechanical subassemblies meeting challenging schedules which were at times considerably within material lead-times. With this proven performance, high level, turnkey box builds were added which leveraged Matkim’s strengths in the area of printed circuit board assembly procurement and, most notably, their cost-effective and high quality sheet metal and fabrication local sources which have resulted in substantial savings to Dell during this long-term partnership. Looking to continue to bring added value, Matkim has also developed a distribution capability to provide a breadman, floor stock program to GTO including hardware, off-the-shelf cables, and other production necessities.

The Matkim management and business development team provides direct support to our sourcing and procurement personnel and is dedicated to ensuring they meet each and every commitment for our Dell global test equipment customers.
